Worked with Tommy for years. Great old pal. I've lost touch. I believe he lives in Gorton, near Grey Mare Lane but I have heard he is ill in hospital. Can anyone give me his address or phone number? Thanks. Phil Pye.

Tommy was coach at Glossop early 70s, great coach. Bill Daley was manager we had a great team but fell apart when myself and a couple of others from Manchester were a bit too rough for the club committee. Happy days though.
Spent many a happy hour over a pint in the old brewery pub in Manchester.

I edited the local paper in Portadown and have fond memories of Tommy. One game in particular stands out - an Irish Cup match against Linfield who had Jackie Milburn in their side. Tommy was the idol of the Portadown fans and his name is revered
when football is mentioned in the town. Best wishes to Tommy from all at Shamrock Park.
Saw Him play for Droylsden in Spring 1969

I RAN AN AMATEUR FOOTBALL TEAM WITH TOMMY IN 1974/76 IN THE GORTON SUNDAY FOOTBALL LEAGUE ,MANCHESTER. CALLED THE OLD BREWERY. TOMMY HAS A GREAT KNOWLEDGE OF THE GAME AND AT THAT TIME STILL HAD SOME GREAT SKILLS. HE PLAYED A FEW GAMES HIMSELF IN MIDFIELD FOR US AND WAS OUTSTANDING SPRAYING THE BALL ABOUT. I LIKE TO CALL TOMMY A GOOD FRIEND AND HE IS AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN A GENTLEMAN .
