Helped QPR win promotion to the Premiership in 2011 but was soon replaced in their forward line and allowed to leave. A spell with Stevenage and 15 games for Portsmouth followed before a knee injury prompted his retirement from the game in 2015. Returned to his Chigwell home and set upas personal trainer. His LinkedIn profile read: "Ballin' is what im good at, footy's a hobbie".
