Biography: Scottish Under 21 International striker who looked very good during his two loan spells at Fratton Park. It is therefore somewhat surprising that he has not managed to make a significant breakthrough since. A purple patch with Hibernian did see him become PFA Scotland Player of the Year for the Championship but a four year deal with Celtic did not work out as well as hoped. 13 appearances during the 2015-16 season were enough to earn him a Premiership winner’s medal but they have proved to be his only games for the club. Ended up at Hibs for a third spell in 2019 but was loaned out to Inverness CT in March 2021. Is an active ambassador for Diabetes UK having been diagnosed with Type 1 himself asa youngster. While on the south coast, the Scotsman was driving his Audi Q7 in November 2012 when it hit and seriously injured a pedestrian in Portsmouth.
