Biography: Having earned a reputation in his Danish homeland and a call up to their national squad, 6ft 4in keeper Casper joined Leeds United in 2007. After a flying start which saw him named as League One Player of the Month, he slipped down the pecking order and was ultimately shut out by a fellow Dane, Kasper Schmeichel. Gus Poyet, who had been assistant manager at Elland Road offered him the chance to join Brighton and to help the Seagulls win promotion to the Championship in 2011. Became assistant first team goalkeeping coach at the club in 2017 before returning home to former club Brondby as their head of goalkeeping in September 2021.
