Biography: Managed Blackpool, Scarborough Town, Southport, Cardiff and was assistant manager to Jan Molby at Swansea City. Died on 16th April 2002, aged 49.

Ayre, Billy I was at Bede College with Billy and in our first year had the room underneath him. What a lovely bloke he was, a real pleasure and honour to have known him. Very sad to have heard of his death at such a young age.
