Position: Defender/midfielder

Biography: A versatile defender with over 40 Northern Ireland caps currently playing for Fulham and Northern Ireland who broke into the Saints team at the end of the 2002-2003 season just in time to play in the 2003 FA Cup final picking up the Saints man of the match award in a 1-0 defeat. The following season saw two loan periods at Walsall and Watford, broke back into the team following relegation from the Premiership. Was voted as the Fans' Player of the Season: 2006-07 playing mainly in Central defence. These displays were noticed by Premier League Fulham who paid a little over £3 mllion for his signature in July 2007
