Biography: Striker. Born in Preston on 19th July 1926. Broke into Liverpool's first team in the late 1940's when the Championship side of 1946/7 was being rebuilt. Later managed Maldon & Tiptree in Essex but died in 1971, he was only 44 years old at the time. His brother, Gerard Baron was the oldest victim of the Hillsborough tragedy in 1989.
