Biography: A goalkeeper who played over 400 football league games in a career that lasted over 20 years between 1961-81. Later he coached & had spells as Caretaker Manager at Wolves & Birmingham City. He managed Cheltenham Town in 1988-89. He is currently First Team Coach at Northampton Town.

Barron, Jim Always looked forwards to watching Jim playing when Oxford came up to Huddersfield to play the Terriers in the late 60s and 70s as a goalkeeper myself I took to his style and positioning in goal. Good days and a real privilege watching Jim. Thanks.
