Biography: A marauding left sided defender/midfielder who despite being born in France and playing for the French Under 18 side went on to earn 55 full caps with Algeria. Joined Pompey in 2008 and became a very popular addition to rthe squad who had won the FA Cup. Ironically his last game was as a substitute in the Cup Final two years later. Since that time he has flitted between clubs in France and Qatar, finally returning to the latter in November 2021 to be with his family.
