Biography: Centre-back born in Zagreb. Gerard Houllier sign the Croatian international for Liverpool in December 2000 for a fee of £5million. As well as playing 72 games for the Reds and scoring only 2 goals, he did find the net with a header in the film 'Goal!' Played in Greece for Panathinaikos before returning home to play for Dinamo Zagreb.
