Biography: An Edinburgh born midfielder who joined United from school in 1994, and a year later was a member of the FA Cup winning squad. In total, he spent four seasons in the reserve and youth teams and was released as a 21 year old, without making a first team appearance, to join Reading. After spells in Scotland with Hibs and Dundee United in 2006, he joined Melbourne Victory and has helped them to Grand Final victories in 2007 and 2009.
