Biography: Ivor served in the RAF as a navigator and played in two games against Everton in September 1943. Scored four goals for Queen of the South in a 7-1 victory over Queens Park on Boxing Day 1959. The Queens Park scorer was one, Alex Ferguson! He has lived in the same Carlisle semi since 1955 and worked as a journalist for 45 years.
