Biography: A midfielder who made his league debut as a sub against Sunderland in November 1976, failed to break into the first team again and was sold to Derby County for £50,000 in September 1978. He became a licensee and runs the Clarence Hotel in Blackpool.

Clark, Jonathan I knew ‘ Clarky’ in the mid - late 80’s as we played in the same cricket team. As well as a top bloke he was a good batsman. He was good to socialise with as we went to a couple of boxing events together. The last time I saw him he had a brief spell playing for Southport FC. I heard he was in the licenced trade in Blackpool which was years ago.
