Biography: Frank was a member of the United team that won the Championship in the early 50's. One of the classiest players ever to put on a county shirt and latterly played at inside forward at Chester City where he joined up with Bill Foulkes, a team-mate from his United days. Sadly, Frank was only 40 when he died in 1970 but fans from that time cherish his memory.
