Biography: The former postman cost £35,000 from Shamrock Rovers. He was 26 when he made his debut against April 1987, scoring the only goal in a 1-1 draw. Played either Left-back or left side of midfield, but found it hard to win a regular place in the team and was released. Returned to Ireland where he played for Derry City and Rovers again. He still attends many of their games and works as a postman.
