Croft, Stuart Cracking fella, one of the best … never knew him as a footballer but one hell of a steward. It’s a pleasure to know him. Great family.

Croft, Stuart Got to know Stuart when he took the stewards job at my local the jet. Great guy, always fun to be around. Generous to a fault. Had some great days out at races

Croft, Stuart Stuart was a great little player. Stewie we called him played inside forward for Bothal school. He also played with us older guys at Ashington YMCA these games were not for the faint hearted and Stewie coped well considering he was much younger and he was really small in those days. Last time I saw Stuart he came into our local in Ashington and I was looking up at him. He was playing for Hull against Sunderland the next day at centre half. Big change for a little inside forward. Great Lad Stuart best wishes Dave Doleman
