Curbishley, Alan I was about 9 year old and lived in Godbold Road, West Ham and I would go over the M's (The Memorial ground) There used to be a bottle of juice in the middle of the field and that meant Alan would be jogging round the perimeter of the park. I would wait by his drink, and when he had finished training, he would tell me to get some of my mates and he would play football with us. Fantastic memories for me. And quite selfless of Alan.
