Biography: Born in Luton, Ray Daniel began his career with his hometown club and later played for Gillingham, Hull City, Cardiff City, Pompey, Notts County and Walsall. He made 90 odd appearances for the Blues between 1990 and 1995 including the FA Cup semi-final against Liverpool in 1992. He was allowed to leave for Walsall on a free transfer in 1995. Later played for North Ferriby and has since coached Hall Road Rangers in the Hull area.
