Flewin, Reg Uncle Reg was such a wonderful man he was a friend of my grandad, we knew him from when he moved to the Isle Of Wight and was General Manager of Fort Warden Holiday Camp. We was at the holiday camp every year from when I was about 3, mum and dad and grandad and nan went for a few years before us kids.

He was a dark horse as I found out a few facts I found out after him passing away. Uncle Reg not only played for Portsmouth he played for England a few times and also had the honour of being captain. When he joined the marines he took up boxing and did very well, I found out these facts from an obit from Portsmouth Football Club. He passed away a week after cup final in 2008. His career after football he made as the manager of Fort Warden Holiday Camp, this place was the safest holiday camp. No cars were allowed inside the camp. It was a wonderful place, safe for kids and he loved the place and always spoke to everyone.
