Biography: Born in Stoke-on-Trent, where his father Peter played in goal, he signed a professional contract on his 17th birthday in December 2000. After spending six seasons at Old Trafford without breaking into the first team, he was allowed to join Blackpool on a free transfer. Signed for Norwich City from Colchester in June 2010.
