Biography: Retired through injury in 1985 and his last professional club was Wigan Athletic. Joined Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service in 1987 after playing non-league football for Leek Town and Chorley FC. Took over the managers role of the England Fire Service football team winning several championships, and as assistant Manager of the UK Fire Service team was successful in winning two European Championships in Hamburg and Lyon. Currently works as a fire safety enforcement officer in Bamber Bridge Preston. Was also working as a floor manager for a TV company supplying match coverage for world wide TV companies.
