Goodyear, Clive As a class one referee, I always trained with a club. When I lived and worked in Luton, I trained with Vauxhall Motors where Clive used to hold the sessions. After training Clive and I would sit and talk with our lager tops. A really nice guy, he gave me the nickname of “Jeff the ref“ which stuck with me right up till I retired.

Goodyear, Clive Happy memories of 'birchwood colts' trip to play in Germany - always a different class to us lot !
