Biography: Griffiths arrived at Fratton Park as part of the deal that took Kit Symons to Manchester City. He only made two starts during his stay but was a regularly used substitute and scored two goals before moving on to Peterborough United. Later in his career he re-discovered his goalscoring form and achieved cult status at Leyton Orient. Went on to manage Brentwood Town and was later appointed assistant manager at Barkingside of the Essex Senior Football League.

Griffiths, Carl Cult hero for the Shrews. I am pretty sure he scored against my team Leeds Utd.
