Biography: Goalkeeper born in Bath who joined Rovers late 50's and made over 100 FL appearances at Eastville. His bravery cost him his career as he was kicked in the head and was in hospital for a week after injury diving at a Middlesbrough forward's feet. He had to retire at 26 and took job as groundsman. Still lives in Bristol.
