Born: 1888

Birthplace: Mitcham

Position: Left-back

Biography: Cost £50 from Croydon Common and went onto give 27 years service to the club. A strong defender, he was the first choice Left-back for almost eight seasons and was a member of the 1915 FA Cup losing side. Would have played even more games had it not been for the First World War. Helped the club to the 1919 London Victory Cup. Became a member of the training staff until retiring in 1938. Worked for Mitcham Council until 1956 but was dead two years later in July 1958
