Biography: Les Hart, Centre-half, played against the likes of Stanley Mathews and Tom Finney during 44 years of loyal service to Bury FC. 1936-1980. Captain, Coach, Trainer, Phisiopherapist and Manager. The football museum at Preston honoured Hart by having an exhibition in his name. One of the games finest servants. Bury FC have now honoured Hart by naming the old south stand The Les Hart Stand.
