Position: Striker

Biography: Arrived for a then club record £15 million and went onto give four years of fantastic service. He formed a deadly partnership with Eidur Gudjohnsen, which produced 146 goals - Hasselbaink weighing in with 87 of them. He scored four in a game against Coventry City in 2001, ending the campaign as the Premier League's leading scorer and scorer of the first goal at Southampton's St Mary's Stadium. The goals dried up in his last two seasons and he was allowed to leave on a free transfer in 2004. Has started his UEFA A license and has worked for Sky as a pundit.
