Birthplace: Wigan

Position: Wigan/England

Biography: Was with Pompey for four months while serving with the Royal Marines in Eastney. Although he only made one appearance he went on to enjoy almost a decade of League football with four clubs. During this time he gained his full FA coaching badge and shared his knowledge with American school kids every summer. Went on to become a teacher of Mathematics and PE and then to work with the physically handicapped. Now lives in retirement on Southport seafront.

Higham, Peter Think was my PE teacher in the mid 70s at what is now Savio High School in Netherton. Told us his team where in FA Cup final and he was on the bench with a broken leg.
