Hinton, Alan Hello Alan. Never forget when you took time to send me a paper cutting from Notts newspaper when I won the British open men’s barber competition at Sherwood Rooms. Great letter to accompany it,*Graham used to cut my hair down Bill Shorthouses* Still got it! Regards.

Hinton, Alan Hi Alan, hope you will remember me when we were at St. Barts playing for Mr Davidson all those years ago? When you started at Wolves I saw you and John Kirkham at Wednesbury Sports Union in the close season whilst I was at the county commercial in Woodgreen. Kind regards and best wishes Alan. John Taylor
