Biography: He could play on the wing or as a full back. He played over 500 league games between 1975-95 mainly for Blackpool & Swindon Town. In 1995 he established the first football academy in the country at Cirencester & then joined Watford in 2000 as their under 18 coach. He left in 2007 & then coached at M K Dons, Leicester City, Southampton, Wycombe Wanderers & Cheltenham. In 2009 he became manager at Forest Green Rovers which was his first managerial position & still remains as their manager.
