Biography: Retired in 2003 following almost four decades as a top coach. Managed WBA, Arsenal, QPR, Coventry and Galatasaray. Worked for England under Ron Greenwood and Bobby Robson then Terry Venables, Writes regularly for the BBC's website and Arsenal official magazine, and runs youth coaching schemes across the county.
