Biography: London born defender who started his career in illustrious company - he was on Fulham's books at the same time as George Best and Rodney Marsh. He also featured in the 1975 FA Cup final before moving to QPR and then Pompey. Having scored on his debut, he helped win the Third Division championship in 1982/3. Spent 13 years at Basingstoke Town and then a much shorter spell at Sutton United until March 2008. Later set up a building business with his brother in law. His son Aaron plays in goal for for Havant & Waterlooville.
