Biography: Won 34 England caps and had scored 245 goals in 401 League starts Has been a member of the Pools Panel since 1974, and ran his own Road Haulage business on Merseyside before retiring.

Hunt, Roger Sir Roger as he will always be known by kopites is now 77 but has hardly changed and still looks as though he could do a job for us ! He still lives in the Culceth area and enjoys a round of golf.


Hunt, Roger I had the pleasure of attending Roger's testimonial match and still have a photo of him signing authographs outside Anfield prior to the game which featured in the Liverpool Daily Post
