Biography: Chris was plucked out of non-league football by Geoff Hurst when he paid Harrow Borough £5,000 to secure the services of the former Southend trainee. He won plenty of friends during his three and a half years at Stamford Bridge for his desire to get forward. He left for Brighton three months after being find £250 for using insulting words to a policeman following a game between the two clubs. Went into management and has taken charge of Bradford City and Wigan Athletic in the Premier League, had a spell as caretaker Derby boss. Since January 2009, has been in charge of one of his former clubs Walsall.
