Biography: Living and working in Northamptonshire as a Sales and Production manager with a Publishing Company, Dram Good Books, who produce books on Whisky. Managed and played for Irthlingborough Diamonds, and Rushden Town, before becoming assistant manager at Rushden & Diamonds. He has since managed Stamford, Rugby Town, and recently Banbury United since 2009.

Jeffrey, Billy Was a lovely man, and great player for my team Kettering Town. He use to work for David Needham, ex Forest and QPR when Needham was his manager at Kettering. I lived in Northampton and use to bump in to him in town, and of course when playing for the town. He also played with my cousin at Rushden later on.
