Martyn, Nigel I remember taking my son in his keepers top to the Palace open day. He had his photo taken with Nigel and was ecstatic. A few years later, Nigel had moved to Leeds Utd. Match day at Selhurst, Palace vs Leeds, I was behind the Leeds goal. We were shouting “Nigel, let one in for old times sake”. He turned round and gave us a smile and a wink ... we still lost!
