Biography: Joined United as a trainee in 1989, a FA Youth Cup winner in 1992 alongside the likes of Ryan Giggs and David Beckham. After signing a professional contract in August 1992, he spent a month on loan at Bury, made his only first team appearance in May 1994 against Coventry City, and four months later was sold to Kilmarnock with Neil Whitworth in a combined deal worth £350,000. Lives in Carmyle, Glasgow, and works as a maintenance man for a building company and coaches part- time in Kilmarnock's Academy.
