Biography: Began his career at Huddersfield Town in the mid 1980's but departed in 1985 without making an appearance. Later joined the Army but was transferred to Reading in 1989. Burns is currently Branch Manager for Coomers Timber & Building Supplies in Haslemere, Surrey.
