McMorran, Jimmy Remember Jimmy well. Believe he stayed in lodgings when playing for Walsall with the Taylor family who lived in Bloxwich Road Walsall. He also liked a drink and I had many a drink in his company when he went in the Butlers Arms in Leamore and the Caves in Walsall. Jimmy was a good footballer and a good character.

Mcmorran, Jimmy I watched Jimmy McMorrran play many times, especially for Aston Villa Reserves and I loved to appreciate his silky skills. He did not play in the first team as much as I would have liked. I went blind in late 1966 but Jimmy is one of the players I can recall visually. I am in Solihull and would love to be able to drop him an email. My website is www.johnflanner.co.uk

McMorran, Jimmy It was always a pleasure watching Jimmy play. Very skillful Inside-left. He signed my programme at the first Leytonstone FAC1 game (1967 not 1946!) which I still treasure in my collection. Cheers Jimmy. Will buy you a pint if I see you in Bloxwich!

McMorran, Jimmy Jim is now retired and enjoying being a member of Bloxwich Golf Club!

McMorran, Jimmy I played a good few times with Jimmy when I was a junior and youth team player until they realize i wasn't going to make an Jimmy had already moved on to higher things--I was an Inside-left myself-discovered by Jimmy Eason himself a Scottish amateur international-and chief scout(went to King Edward's G.S across Aston park')and went to Aston University!! Jimmy was a silky player and a loverly guy whom I iast saw at a party in Northfield -he was with his great mate George Graham who was at Cheisea at the time and they both left early because George had to be back in his digs before midnight to beat Tommy ocherty's curfew 2weeks ago I met the person who discovered Jimmy and asked me to find out what had happened to him-anybody know Incidentally at the hotel in Menorca 4 of the waiters had played professionally for Celta Vigo, Granada Juventus and a1 6yr old had just signed for Real Madrid what a5 ball !!
