Biography: Defender who came from Torquay to Saints as an apprentice, was sent out on loan on five occasions before joining Barnsley. He is now captain of Swansea where he has been since June 2004. and led them to Promotion to the Premier League beating Reading in the Play Off final at Wembley in May 2011.
