Biography: A Ghanaian footballer who, despite falling out with his team-mates and the footballing authorities, recently helped his home country reach the quarter finals of the World Cup in South Africa. He currently plays for Serie A club Inter Milan, having joined the Italian giants from Pompey for a reported Ñ16 million in July 2008. This represented an impressive 'paper profit' after only one season on the south coast. However, it was quite a season. He was outstanding and played a significant role in the winning of the FA Cup. Muntari was voted as an All-Star Player during the 2008 African Cup of Nations Tournament in Ghana.
