Biography: Carlisle born midfielder with 4 England U21 caps, joined Southampton from QPR in 2001 at the peak of his career, but the Premier League appeared to be a step too far for him and after just one appearance he moved to Oldham to continue his success in the lower leagues. He most recently played for Hartlepool in the 2010-2011 season
