Oates, Graham I am grahams brother. A little known fact is that Graham played in all four English divisions in less than two years.(surely a record) Division 4 Bradford city may 1975 (his first pro club). Division 3 Blackburn rovers august 1975 to 1976.( promoted as champions) Division 2 Blackburn Rovers august 1976 to march 1977.(transferred) Division 1 Newcastle United March 1977 to 1978.( transferred to Detroit express in the USA for 5 seasons) 1982 to 1983 transferred to California Surf in the USA for his final season.

I have all programmes and records to prove this. I hope this information is appreciated.

He also played in Europe in the Inter Cities Fairs Cup (as was) during his time at Newcastle.

Surely this should be in the Guinness book of records!

Oates, Graham I remember Graham Oates, he use to come to Bierley in Bradford visiting family. I remember the flashy car he drove!
