Phillips, David It’s crazy to be writing something about David after all these years. He lived with his family across the road from me at RAF ST ATHAN in Wales. His brother Gareth and I played in the same football team, RAF EAGLES.

We would have been about 13 years old. I was also born at Wegberg hospital.

David was too young to play but I reckon he picked up a few tips from us guys. His brother was a good attacking player.
