Biography: Already an experienced Outside-left when Shrewsbury Town accepted Pompey's bid of £15,000 in 1952. As a player he failed to make much of an impact but went on to have a long and successful coaching career once he hung up his boots. He spent the summers in America, managed the England Ladies team for twelve years and continued to coach until he was 80.

Reagan, Martin Hi Martin how are you doing? I was thinking of your dad with all the glory the England women's football team are getting now! So I looked him up, what an amazing life! Do you remember me, we worked together at Refuge Assurance back in the day?

Reagan, Martin Hi, to confirm as per comment 12-10-13, He was between 1979 until 1990 , and reached the milestone of 90 earlier this year!!


Reagan, Martin Martin Reagan is my dad (as well as us sharing the same name!). Just a bit of additional information: Martin was Director of Football at the Two Rivers soccer camp in California up to 2003. He met my mum when, as a travelling Middlesbrough football fan, she asked him for his autograph after a game at York City - ironically they ended up settling in York after Dad's football career ended. He now lives in a care home at Kirk Hammerton near York.
