Rofe, Dennis A young Dennis from Debden Estate, near Loughton when 12-14 would be the last player picked when we played on Fairmead Schools pitch of a Sunday morning. It could be 8 a side or 15 a side, nothing organised. Dennis however had lungs of an athlete. 2 yrs later whilst an apprentice at Orient they had taught him all the tricks of his trade. He appeared at our local Lido fighting fit and full of skills. Good luck to him he deserves all that comes his way. A decent if not quietly unassuming character that fulfilled his dreams.

Rofe, Dennis Denis Rofe was the best left back ever to wear an orient shirt.
