Biography: A Slovenian striker who won 65 caps for his country and became a minor national hero nicknamed 'Turbo Rudi'. In spite of endless energy and determination he failed to make an impression during his 18 games for the club. Eventually returned to play for one of his former clubs, NK Olimpija Ljubljana with former Pompey teammate Robert Prosinecki.
