Biography: Salako now lives in Woldingham, Surrey and is the Crystal Palace U13 team coach. He is also a television football pundit for Sky Sports.

Salako, John John was a regular visitor when I was teaching at Ingram High School. The head cook was a Palace supporter and she would always ask to meet John when he visited me. I was never short of food for lunch. I knew John as I was helping to coach the schoolboys for the club.
