Slough, Alan Alan taught me the basics of football when I was a kid, about 15 years ago. My Friday nights were always spent at the leisure centre in Paignton learning from Alan and his son. Occasionally I'll still bump into him. He is the most genuine, kindest person I have ever met. Always making me smile, even after all these years. I hope all is well

Slough, Alan When he played for Luton Town, I used to play Squash with Alan... He was a more than competent player. Our names were engraved together on a big silver cup which we won as team players. Alan was just great to know!

Slough, Alan I got to know him when he took up squash at the club in Lewsey Farm, Luton. It was when he was a regular in the Town team, often in midfield with Bruce Rioch. I was a ranked squash player but could only just beat him because he was super-fit. Nice bloke to know. I gave him a couple of lifts home to Peperstock village. Happy days for sure. Hope he is well!

Slough, Alan I'm Luton born and bred - the first Luton game I saw Alan scored twice against Orient in 1970 and Malcolm McDonald got the other two. He was always my favourite Luton player - a fantastic full back who scored loads of goals. Then he went into midfield and kept an average of a goal every ten games whoever he played for. I was gutted when he left Luton!

Slough, Alan I used to be involved in youth work. Alan came to us once to talk to the kids. He had them hanging on every word. Genuine decent man .

Slough, Alan BORN AND RAISED IN LUTON, BIG FAN LUTON TOWN WENT TO STOPSLEY HIGH SCHOOL AS DID ALAN SLOUGH. WAS A BIG FAN OF ALAN , I THINK BECAUSE WE WENT TO THE SAME SCHOOL. I NOW LIVE IN THE USA PAST 34 YRS.
