Biography: Jim played nearly 500 games in goal for Fulham, interspersed with a couple of years at Southend United where he was manager Bobby Moore's first signing. Went to Gillingham where he created a record of least goals conceded at home in a season. Has been a goalkeeping coach at Brentford, Hornchurch, Dagenham & Redbridge, Crystal Palace and currently at Southampton. Also managed Redbridge in the Ryman League.
